Kaya Istanbul Fair & Convention Hotel

Fine views from the rooms, especially on the higher floors. Convenient location within a short walking distance to the exhibition center. The breakfast was beyond my expectations, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Great location near Tuyap Fair, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, good spa facilities and services, nice gym, good Wi-Fi coverage.

Great experience on New Year's at this hotel! The staff were friendly. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the location was perfect for visiting the exhibition center and nearby restaurants. The rooms had amazing views, and the cleanliness was perfect. The late bar on the top floor was a nice touch, with panoramic views of the city.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the water in my room, which flooded the entire room, forcing me to change rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel near the fair in Istanbul. The location was convenient and the room had a great view. The staff went above and beyond to make us happy, even upgrading our room when we made a mistake with the booking. The breakfast was fantastic and the spa was a nice treat. we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was very close to the bus station and right next to the exhibition center. It was perfect for attending the Tuyap fairs and visiting the nearby exhibitions. The breakfast offered was delicious, although it would have been even better if there was more variety in the food options. The staff at this hotel were really good, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The manager and team members were very good, and Buse and Can were particularly helpful in assisting us with currency exchange.

We stay here when we attend the fair every year. The location is perfect for us, as it is right next to the exhibition hall. We can easily walk there, it's only 300 m away. The rooms are always clean and spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is always well-stocked with toiletries. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. The breakfast has a wide range of options and the produce is always fresh.

The air conditioning in the room can sometimes be a bit noisy.

The exclusive amenities in this hotel are remarkable! We enjoyed the luxurious Sauna, Spa, and Wellness center which was relaxing. the indoor swimming pool was very clean and the Jacuzzi was amazing. the exquisite restaurant offered different types of breakfast. the in, room breakfast was mouth, watering and the garden outside was so peaceful. the staff was highly professional, polite, and accommodating. the location of this hotel is perfect with beach access!

The Wi, Fi in this hotel wasn't reliable and it hindered our business dealings. If the Wi, Fi is fixed, then this hotel will be perfect.

The reservation and deposit process could use some improvement.
